With this partnership, users of Paychex and Employee Navigator will be able to automate the exchange of demographic and deduction information between the two systems in real-time. The integration will allow HR to refocus their time on recruiting, training, and providing career growth to employees, while at the same time providing peace of mind to brokers by ensuring that demographic and deduction data is consistently in sync.
Looking to get started with the Paychex integration? You have a few options!
- Head to your agency homepage in Employee Navigator –> Available Payrolls –> ‘Integrate Now’ for your groups using Paychex
- Direct your groups to the Payroll tab in Employee Navigator –> Partner Selection link where they can request the Paychex integration
